How to shoot outdoor with mobile light

https://plus.google.com/u/0/+AntoineDagobert/posts

For sure, I love shooting fashion outdoor with mobile light. This time I am using Profoto Mobile light system Pro7B with 1200w power...big smile:D. Pixel King trigger set with 1 transmitter and 2 receiver and again my precious Nikon D3 with 85mm F1,4.- I am ready to rock n roll.
My model wore Balinese Prada in modern couture design without the umbrella. I added the umbrella with intention to isolate my model.

How to setup 3 point lighting against the white background

Shooting catalog with white background can be a pain in a** for some of us. (pardon me for my expression :D). We have to maintain the white background and at the same time the definition of the product. of course there are many ways to do it , but diagram below shows you the way I always setup my 3 point lighting technique when it comes to catalog session...:D

2 side lighting technique

I always use different style of lighting on my images. none of them were the same.
This time 2 side lighting technique. It was a lingerie session with Jenny as my model.
I am using my brand new Nikon D800E at that time with Nikkor lens 135mm F2 accompany by Falcon Eye 2 x 300w Studio Lighting set.

Lighting Tutorial "Christmas Time Is Near"

The art to use speed light is to balance the ambiance light with your speed light.  The most important thing here is, use your creativity. It was at Sunday afternoon couple weeks ago that my friend asked me to assist her with lighting for one of her project photography. This image was taken during the break time. I saw a beautiful vase with yellow flowers near the windows. Great afternoon light was shinning through the windows at that time. So I took the model's shoes and place them in front of the vase.

I was inspired by Emily Soto Images. Her workflow in Photoshop create such a hit by most photographer who love Photoshop in this time and I was one among many. One day this crazy idea to create this image just came, but this time I try to make it different,, make an image  with Emily Soto Photoshop editing skill but without Photoshop… yes again the terms of  “ONE KILL ONE SHOT”  was entering my mind again.

https://plus.google.com/u/0/+AntoineDagobert/posts

I had a chat the other day with one of my student in Photography. He was so determine with terms of "one kill one shot" with no editing at photoshop. He asked how we can do that? We were at the beach one day shooting a model at 5 PM just before sunset. So my student try a couple shot he was not happy at all with the result. I was smiling looking him got so frustrated. But I admire his determination.

The most powerful compositional tools in Phototography

https://plus.google.com/u/0/+AntoineDagobert/posts

The Leading Line is the most important and powerful thing in composition.
Because Its carry the eyes of the viewer and its create the DOF (depth of field) to your image.
Our job as photographer is to find or create that leading line. It means that you give the viewer a clue where to start and where to find the vanishing point of view.
